Look after me: Remove the insoles and hand wash them separately with a dash of wool cleaner. Next, squirt wool cleaner on your sneakers as needed and throw them in the washing machine on a gentle cycle with cold water. Air dry, out of direct hot sunlight, and do not put them in the dryer, the heat will shrink the wool.
